Embrace handstand playtime in our Handstand Drills & Skills all-levels workshop! Whether you're brand new to handstands and can barely get your feet off the ground or you’re practicing lengthening your holds, Jayne will guide you through progressive drills tailored to your ability. And don’t forget - it’s just yoga! Let it be fun.

Learn proper alignment, build shoulder strength, and discover balance techniques in a supportive environment. You'll practice targeted exercises like hollow body holds, wall walks, kickup progressions, and wrist conditioning—all essential building blocks for a stable handstand. These practical drills will help you develop body awareness and confidence while upside down. You’ll walk away with a little more handstand confidence as well as tips to keep practicing what you learned in your weekly vinyasa classes.

You gotta do the drills to build the skills! Join us for some playtime and surprise yourself with how strong you are.

Join us on Wednesday nights at 7 pm for a progression series based around building a solid yoga asana foundation, rooted in breath, alignment, & awareness. Each week we will have a new focus, so that by week 4 you will have new tools to customize your practice in other classes. This is for all levels, from newbies to seasoned yogis—we promise there will be something for everyone!

If you've been wanting to ask your yoga teacher a question but haven’t been able to find the right time, this is your chance. Emily will be available once a month on Saturday mornings from 9:15-9:45 AM between the 8 AM and 10 AM classes. Bring your burning yoga questions - whether it’s pose breakdowns, clarifying cues, or building strength in your practice. We're here for you!

Values Workshop

This interactive workshop explores how to harness the mental strength and awareness you develop during your yoga practice and apply it to everyday life through the lens of personal values. 

Participants will engage in reflective exercises and group discussions focused on identifying and living by their authentic values. We'll explore how greater clarity around personal values can transform decision-making, improve relationships, and create a more meaningful life aligned with what truly matters to you. The self-awareness cultivated in this workshop extends well beyond the studio, becoming a foundation for authentic living in all aspects of life.

This workshop is led by Joanna, a graduate of Triangle Life Coaching Academy. With an Emotional Mindset Mastery certificate (EMM™) from the ICF. This specialized training, combined with extensive yoga practice, provides a unique approach to integrating values-based living with the mental resilience developed through yoga.

Restorative + CBD

This grounding practice will give you the space to drop in for deep rest and release by utilizing props, long, supportive holds, gentle breathwork and meditation. This reset will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and ready for what’s ahead. The room will be unheated.

For this special version of our restorative class we will be offering CBD gummies to those who would like to drop a bit deeper into their rest.
